Country music superstar Keith Urban is making a grand return to the touring circuit with his 2025 HIGH AND ALIVE WORLD TOUR—his first major tour in three years. The highly anticipated tour kicks off on May 22 in Orange Beach, Alabama, and promises an electrifying experience for fans worldwide. Urban will be joined by Chase Matthew, Alana Springsteen, and Karley Scott Collins as supporting acts.
“Playing live is what I live to do,” Urban shared in a statement. “Looking out from a stage and seeing people singing, forgetting about all the stress in their lives, cutting loose, and feeling ALIVE – that’s what it’s about for me. Lots of hits, new songs, things we won’t even think about until we’re onstage – and loads of guitar. We’re gonna make this tour the best night of your life!”

The Album That Inspired the Tour
The HIGH AND ALIVE WORLD TOUR is in support of Urban’s 11th studio album, HIGH, which dropped in September, marking his first full-length release in four years. Interestingly, HIGH wasn’t the album Urban originally planned to release.
He initially started working on a project called 615, but after feeling it didn’t fully represent his artistic vision, he made the rare decision to scrap the entire album and start fresh. “In all the albums I’ve ever made, I’ve never scrapped an entire album and started again. So it felt like a gut punch of my own making. It would have been easier to just be like, ‘This album’s fine. There are some great songs on it. Let’s go, let’s tour, let’s keep the thing going.’ But every part of me just felt like there’s a better record in me,” Urban revealed.
Despite the overhaul, a few tracks from 615 survived the transition and made their way onto HIGH, including “Messed Up as Me,” “Daytona,” “Heart Like a Hometown,” and “Break the Chain.” The end result is a collection of songs that Urban feels truly embodies his artistic growth and passion.
“I genuinely have gratitude for what I get to do. That’s not BS. It’s real. And if that came through on this record, then that’s what you’re feeling,” he said.
With a reinvigorated sound, an ambitious tour, and his signature electrifying stage presence, Keith Urban is set to make 2025 an unforgettable year for country music fans.
