On February 18, 2016, country music star Blake Shelton kicked off his 2016 tour with a big show at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati.

One of the best parts of the night was when he sang “Goodbye Time,” a song he loves and sings a lot. The crowd couldn’t get enough of it!

“Goodbye Time” was first sung by a famous country singer named Conway Twitty way back in 1988. It was a pretty big hit, reaching number 7 on the country music charts. Blake liked the song so much that he put it on his own album, Blake Shelton’s Barn & Grill, in 2004. It became one of his popular songs too, landing in the top 10 country hits.

At the Cincinnati concert, Blake sang “Goodbye Time” with so much heart that everyone listening felt it. He showed how much he loves old country music while adding his own special touch. His strong voice and feelings made the song extra special that night.
