Big news for fans of The Voice! Season 27 is shaking things up with a fun surprise for the Battle Rounds. The show just announced an awesome group of famous helpers, called Battle Advisors, who will join the coaches to guide the singers.
The Voice on NBC shared the exciting lineup of these celebrity advisors for season 27. Here’s what’s happening: the Blind Auditions ended on March 3, and now it’s time for the Battle Rounds, where singers compete against each other. This time, the show is bringing back something special that hasn’t happened since season 22 in September 2022—famous people helping the coaches!
The coaches—Kelsea Ballerini, Michael Bublé, Adam Levine, and John Legend—will each get a celebrity advisor to help their teams. Cynthia Erivo, who’s been nominated for an Oscar, will team up with Michael. The country music group Little Big Town will work with Kelsea. Coco Jones will help John, and Kate Hudson, who’s both an actress and a singer, will join Adam. These stars will be there for the next few episodes to cheer on the singers.
The Voice posted pictures on Instagram and said, “Our advisors are bringing the heat to BATTLES! Don’t miss The Voice—watch on NBC or Peacock.” Fans were so excited they couldn’t stop talking about it in the comments. One person wrote, “INCREDIBLE GROUP!” Another said, “This is sooo crazyy!” And someone else added, “Great advisors this season!”
We think this twist is super cool and unexpected for season 27! The last time advisors like this helped out was back in season 22 with different coaches, like John Legend, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Camila Cabello. We don’t know yet who will win the Battle Rounds, but it’s awesome to see this fun idea come back for a new group of singers.
