In 2019, Carrie Underwood went on a big music tour called Cry Pretty Tour 360. She gave her fans a super cool chance to join her on stage and sing a fast rap part from her song “The Champion.” Fans sent videos of themselves rapping, and Carrie picked one person at each concert to perform with her.

When the tour came to Tulsa, Oklahoma, on October 24, 2019, Carrie had a big surprise. Instead of picking a fan, she invited her mom, Carole Underwood, to join her on stage! This was extra special because Oklahoma is where Carrie grew up.

You might know Carole from Carrie’s music video for “Mama’s Song” from 2010, where she played herself. Back then, she showed she could act. But this time, she showed everyone she could rap, too!

Carole walked onto the stage and performed the fast rap part like a pro. The crowd cheered so loudly! Carrie danced and sang along, smiling big because she was so proud of her mom. Sometimes, Carrie helped her mom stay on track with the words, but Carole did an awesome job.

After the rap, Carole stayed on stage and sang the rest of the song with Carrie. It was a beautiful moment between a mom and her daughter, and everyone in the audience loved it.

Carrie shared a video of the performance on Instagram and wrote, “Who knew my mom could rap? She asked if she did okay, and I think she was amazing!”

This night was so much fun and full of love. It showed why Carrie’s concerts are so special—they’re not just about music, they’re about making memories. Carole proved she’s a champion, and Carrie was so happy to share the stage with her mom.
