Eminem just hit another massive milestone — the rap legend has now crossed 55.5 billion streams on Spotify, proving once again that his music never goes out of style.
Despite coming from the pre-streaming era, Marshall Mathers continues to dominate digital platforms. He’s now officially the first artist from that generation — and only the second rapper after Drake — to pass 55 billion streams on Spotify.
A Streaming Legend in All Eras
- 49.2 billion streams come from Eminem’s main discography.
- 6.3 billion streams are from his features on other artists’ tracks.
That places him as the 7th most-streamed artist of all time across all music genres.
What’s Driving the Numbers?
Eminem first crossed 50 billion streams in August 2024, and he’s added over 5 billion more in just six months — a huge achievement even in today’s fast-paced streaming world.
His classic albums still pull in millions of plays daily:
- “The Eminem Show” – 4 million daily streams
- “The Marshall Mathers LP” – 2.3 million daily streams
- “Recovery” – 1.9 million daily streams
And his latest album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)”, is still holding strong with around 2 million daily streams, even more than half a year after its release.
Eminem’s Timeless Appeal
Even with newer artists dominating today’s charts, Eminem proves his music still resonates — with fans old and new continuing to stream his powerful lyrics, storytelling, and unmatched energy.
