Movie reviewer and video editor Ross John Fearnley stitched together a jaw-dropping mashup of 331 movies to form a line-for-line remake of Eminem’s “Lose Yourself”.
Each lyric of the Oscar-winning track is delivered through iconic movie lines, perfectly synced to match the rhythm and flow of Em’s 2002 anthem from 8 Mile.
Fearnley calls the project “CinemaSings”, and it is easy to see why it took him what he described as “a millennia” to make. From comedy to drama, action to sci-fi, this edit is a massive tribute not only to Eminem’s lyrical genius but also to cinema itself.
