At the 2010 Kennedy Center Honors, held on December 5 in Washington, D.C., Dave Grohl and Norah Jones delivered a stirring rendition of Paul McCartney’s “Maybe I’m Amazed” as part of a tribute to the legendary musician. The tribute highlighted McCartney’s enduring influence on music and culture, with Grohl expressing that “Without Paul McCartney and The Beatles, there would be no Foo Fighters, no Nirvana, there would be nothing. Paul, you’re my hero.”
