The night took an exciting turn when a generous donor in the audience made a bold offer—$25,000 if the band performed Eminem’s legendary track, “Lose Yourself.” Despite never attempting the song before, lead singer Dan Reynolds was up for the challenge.
🎤 “‘Lose Yourself’? Oh, you have $25,000? Well, we’ve got to try! Don’t we?! We’ve never done this but for $25,000? Pediatric cancer? Let me untuck my shirt for this.”
Acknowledging the fast-paced and complex lyrics, Reynolds added:
