IShowSpeed is keeping it real — and making it loud and clear who his favorite rapper is: Eminem.
During a recent trip to Chengdu, China, the popular YouTuber and streamer was approached by a fan with a homemade board featuring some of the biggest names in rap today — Drake, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Kanye West, Playboi Carti, and Travis Scott — and was asked to choose his favorite.
But Speed wasn’t impressed with the options.
“My favorite rappers ain’t even on the list!” he said.
Then, without hesitation, he grabbed a marker and scribbled one name in bold letters at the center of the board:
“Eminem.”“Eminem is my GOAT!” he declared with pride.

Later that same day, while marching through Chengdu with a crowd of ecstatic fans following him, Speed caught someone rapping Eminem’s classic anthem “Lose Yourself” — and instantly jumped in to rap along. The spontaneous moment quickly went viral, proving once again that Eminem’s influence transcends generations, cultures, and borders.

This isn’t the first time IShowSpeed has shown love for Eminem. The streamer has frequently called Slim Shady his favorite rapper and has been seen rapping along to his music during live streams.
