Mickey Callisto Stuns BGT with a Show-Stopping “Who Wants to Live Forever,” Earning Rock Legend Praise

On Britain’s Got Talent, a singer named Mickey Callisto amazed everyone with his performance of a song called “Who Wants to Live Forever” by the band Queen. His strong voice and the way he moved on stage reminded people of Queen’s famous singer, Freddie Mercury. The judges and audience couldn’t believe how much he sounded and acted like Freddie.

Mickey hit high notes and even did a special arm punch like Freddie used to do. It wasn’t just a copy—it felt like real rock star magic. Judge Alesha Dixon was so surprised she said, “Wow. Is this Freddie, or is this Mickey? Whatever it was, it was sensational!” Another judge, Bruno Tonioli, who knew Freddie Mercury, said Mickey got all of Freddie’s movements just right.

The performance was so emotional that it moved everyone watching. Mickey earned a spot in the next round of the show, getting closer to singing at a big event called the Royal Variety Show. People watching at home shared their excitement online. One fan wrote, “Chills. I’ve never heard anyone sound like Freddie. He would’ve loved this.”

With his incredible voice, Mickey Callisto showed he might just be the next big rock star.
