Rick Ross Turns Farmer at “The Promised Land” — Cuts Down Trees Himself to Save Money

RICK-ROSS

Rick Ross is getting hands-on with his farming dreams at his massive Atlanta estate, famously dubbed “The Promised Land.” After recently purchasing a 10-month-old cow to start building his personal farm, the Maybach Music mogul is now rolling up his sleeves — literally.

When Ross learned it would cost $10,000 to remove 10 trees from his property to make room for his livestock, he decided to handle the hard labor himself instead of hiring professionals. Wearing a cowboy hat and tie-dyed hoodie, Rozay shared the moment with his 14.1 million Instagram followers, showcasing his signature mix of humor and hustle.

“I just told my homie, ‘Go to Home Depot and get me the biggest muthaf**in’ saw there is… I’m gonna cut the trees down,’”* he said in the video. “I’m hands-on when it comes to business, so I’m going to handle my own.”

Ross even called out to Kanye West, asking for a pair of Yeezy boots to complete his new farm-ready fit:

“Somebody hit Kanye and tell him I need them boots. Yeezy! I need them boots, baby!”

Rick Ross Gets to Work — and Saves Big

In a follow-up Instagram Story, Ross proudly held a chainsaw while cutting down oak trees on his own land. Not missing a beat, he plugged his favorite brand again:

“Instead of me paying $10K to an outsider, I went to Home Depot and bought two new saws for $2,000. It was really only $5K worth of work. You take that $5K, give it to your homies… and still keep $3K in your pocket. Come on, man — go get Wing Stop!”

From Carol City to The Promised Land

Ross’s farming aspirations are part of a bigger dream he’s bringing to life on his sprawling estate.

“This is a dream come true for Rozay,” he said with joy. “A young boy from Carol City now got horses… now a big boy cow? Welcome to The Promised Land, baby!”

With his entrepreneurial hustle, hands-on work ethic, and vision for a self-sufficient lifestyle, Rick Ross is proving that he’s not just a rap mogul — he’s building his own legacy one tree (and cow) at a time.
