SZA finally answered the question fans have been buzzing about — what will she do if Drake shows up during her upcoming Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar?
During a fun appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on March 11, the host pointed out that SZA will be performing two nights in Toronto this June — Drake’s hometown.
Kimmel playfully asked, “Are you worried at all?”
SZA coolly responded, “Are you worried?” with a laugh, adding, “I think it’s gonna be so fun.”
When Kimmel hinted at Drake potentially making an appearance, SZA joked back, “Who knows who?” pretending not to get the reference. The moment sparked laughter and curiosity — could a surprise Drake appearance be in the cards?
SZA & Kendrick Stay at No. 1 with “Luther”
SZA and Kendrick’s hit “Luther” is still dominating the charts. The song just hit its third week at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100, tying Kendrick’s previous top-charting hits “Not Like Us” and “Like That.”
The Grand National Tour Details
The highly anticipated arena tour kicks off April 19 in Minneapolis and runs through June 18, ending in Landover, MD. Major cities on the route include Houston, Chicago, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and of course, Los Angeles (Kendrick’s hometown) and St. Louis (SZA’s birthplace).
The Toronto stop is expected to be one of the biggest highlights of the tour — and fans are already speculating about possible guest appearances.
SZA Open to a Full Album with Kendrick
In another exciting update, SZA recently told Sherri Shepherd that she’s open to doing a joint album with Kendrick Lamar.
“I would love that,” SZA said, calling Kendrick a “genius” and praising how his mysterious and creative energy has helped shape her music.
She added, “He’s so good at saying yes and staying grounded. I’m just like, ‘Teach me, Sensei, what you know.’”
With chart-topping songs, tour hype, and talks of a future album — fans have plenty to be excited about.
