50 Cent is making headlines after saying he’s willing to pay big money for video footage from one of Diddy’s controversial parties. The rapper, known for his outspoken personality, shared a post on Instagram with a screenshot from a news broadcast covering the recent lawsuit against Diddy.
The lawsuit, filed by music producer Lil Rod, alleges that Diddy had hidden cameras at his parties and secretly recorded celebrities, music executives, and athletes doing illegal things. According to the lawsuit, these recordings could be extremely damaging.
50 Cent reacted to the news by writing in the caption:
“Smh this is gonna be so good, what you want to bet I’m a get these tapes. I’ll pay top dollar for them. You been over there? I don’t go to Puffy party’s.”
Diddy, however, has strongly denied all accusations and called the lawsuit “baseless.”
These claims come months after Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie, accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes while he watched. Although Diddy settled that lawsuit, he continues to deny any wrongdoing.
50 Cent has previously joked about Diddy’s parties, once telling a crowd at a concert:
“Nuh uh. That n-gga hug you from the front and the back at the same time? F*ck you talkin’ ’bout? I’m uncomfortable. I think I belong in the girl’s bathroom.”
After Lil Rod’s lawsuit was filed, 50 used the opportunity to poke fun at Diddy and others again. He posted old pictures of Diddy with Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather, implying that their interactions were questionable.
“Maybe this is a big misunderstanding,” he wrote. “I just don’t go to the man’s parties. This is just not my kinda vibe.”
