Jelly Roll became a huge country music star in 2023, and his wife, Bunnie Xo, is right by his side. Bunnie, whose real name is Alyssa DeFord, is already successful as a model, podcast host, and businesswoman. Together, they are working on big dreams, like maybe buying a huge 1,000-acre farm.
Bunnie also hosts a podcast called Dumb Blonde, and at 44 years old, she’s ready to join Jelly Roll for Nashville’s biggest New Year’s Eve party.
Bunnie Xo at Nashville’s Big Bash
Jelly Roll will be the main singer at a big event called New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. Other famous singers like Kane Brown, Keith Urban, Shaboozey, and Brittney Spencer will perform too. This huge party happens at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park in Nashville, and over 200,000 people are expected to come celebrate the start of 2025.
Bunnie Xo will be there too! She shared on social media on December 28 that she’ll be a special helper for CMT, interviewing stars backstage. “I’ll be talking to your favorite singers,” Bunnie said. “New Year’s Eve will be so much fun, so watch it on TV!”
Country star Lainey Wilson was excited and sent Bunnie heart and fire emojis to cheer her on.
Last year, this event was super popular, with over 8 million people watching on TV. That’s twice as many as the year before, making it the most-watched country music show of the year.
Bunnie and Luke Bryan Have Fun
Bunnie Xo had a funny moment with another country star, Luke Bryan. Luke loves to dance and have fun, and he even has a song called “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” about dancing. When Bunnie asked Luke what song he’d play for New Year’s Eve, he picked “Get Low” by Lil Jon. That song is all about dancing and having a good time, just like Luke’s song.
Luke said “Get Low” is the best party song ever. Bunnie agreed, saying it’s great for getting wild and dancing. Then, they both danced together, showing off their moves!
