Drake Producer Gordo Accuses Mustard Of Switching Up On Him

The rap civil war has claimed another casualty — and this time, it’s happening in the producer’s lounge.

Gordo, one of Drake’s closest producer allies, revealed on April 14 that Mustard, the West Coast hitmaker and proud Kendrick Lamar affiliate, has unfollowed him on Instagram. The move, while seemingly minor, highlights the growing tension and division in the industry as Drake and Kendrick’s feud continues to send shockwaves across hip-hop.

“omg just noticed mustard unfollowed me on ig…. Sad day… headlining chella must of got to his head,” Gordo wrote on X, throwing shade while feigning disappointment.

While the message was laced with sarcasm, the undertone was clear: lines are being drawn, and Gordo knows exactly what side Mustard stands on.

This isn’t the first time Mustard has gone out of his way to make his allegiance known. Back in November at Camp Flog Gnaw, he trolled fans by pretending to play Drake’s “Crew Love,” only to cut the music and launch into Kendrick Lamar’s now-infamous diss track “Like That.”

More recently, Mustard opened his set with a chilling build-up into “Not Like Us,” Kendrick’s explosive response in the ongoing feud with Drake. The performance featured a massive mural of L.A. legends like Kendrick, Nipsey Hussle, and Kobe Bryant, cementing the moment as more than just a show — it was a declaration.

And if that wasn’t enough, Mustard previously slammed Drake in a 2023 interview with the L.A. Times, calling him a “strange guy” and openly saying he wouldn’t work with him again.

As the beef between Drake and Kendrick continues to ripple across rap, it’s becoming more than just bars — it’s about loyalty, alliances, and choosing sides.
