Kendrick Lamar’s latest album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, has left fans and fellow artists in awe—including rap legend Eminem.
Released on Friday, the album is Kendrick’s most personal project yet. Hip-Hop Hero called it “an emotional listening experience” that gives listeners a deeper understanding of the real Kendrick Lamar. The review also praised his storytelling, stating, “This album confirms his superhuman literary gift. Glastonbury Kenny deserves every ounce of praise he receives.”
Eminem Reacts to Kendrick’s Album
Eminem was so impressed by the album that he took to Twitter to share his thoughts. Tagging Dr. Dre, he wrote:
“This Kendrick album is f ridiculous. I’m speechless.”
The admiration between Kendrick and Eminem isn’t new. In 2016, Kendrick told GQ that Eminem had a major influence on his approach to lyricism.
“I got my clarity just studying Eminem when I was a kid… I had a love for music, but it was curiosity that got me into the studio,” he said.
Yo @DrDre this Kendrick album is f****** ridiculous. I’m speechless.

Their Super Bowl Halftime Performance
Earlier this year, Kendrick and Eminem performed together at the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show alongside Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, and Mary J. Blige. The legendary lineup celebrated hip-hop’s impact on mainstream music.
With Eminem giving Kendrick’s new album such high praise, it’s clear that Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers is making waves in the industry.
