On a special night at the Grand Ole Opry, some big country music stars were set to perform. The lineup included Lauren Alaina, Morgan Evans, Steve Earle, Jameson Rodgers, and Jeannie Seely. Everyone in the crowd was excited to see them, but they had no idea that two surprise guests were waiting to make the night even more amazing.
Those surprise guests were Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood! First, Garth Brooks walked out on stage all by himself. The crowd cheered loudly as he started singing his fun song “Callin’ Baton Rouge,” which lots of people love.
Then, the night got even better. Garth invited Trisha Yearwood to join him on stage. Together, they sang “Shallow,” a beautiful song they recorded for Garth’s 2020 album called Fun. The audience couldn’t believe their luck!
