Despite what Kanye West may be claiming, it looks like a Joe Rogan Experience appearance isn’t happening anytime soon.
Kanye West Shares Fake Texts About a Rogan Interview
Recently, Kanye shared screenshots online that appeared to show a text conversation between him and Joe Rogan, supposedly discussing an upcoming interview on Rogan’s massively popular podcast.
In the messages, the person Kanye claimed was Rogan asked if they could discuss Kanye’s recent antisemitic remarks—to which Ye eagerly replied, “Absolutely.”
But there’s just one problem: Joe Rogan says the texts are fake.

Rogan Responds: “That’s Not Me”
Joe Rogan quickly took to his own social media to clarify that he was not the one texting Kanye, shutting down any talk of a potential podcast episode. Following Rogan’s post, Kanye deleted many of the screenshots, although it’s unclear if it was a direct response to the denial.

No JRE Appearance for Kanye (Yet)
At this point, it looks like there’s no interview in the works, and Rogan has no intention of inviting Ye to the show—at least for now. However, some fans speculate that this buzz could eventually kick-start real discussions between the two.
Kanye West Continues to Face Backlash
Kanye’s controversial behavior in recent months has led to growing public backlash. He’s made extremely offensive statements, even calling himself a “Nazi” and briefly selling swastika-covered t-shirts before his website was taken offline.
An AI-generated video mocking Kanye, with celebrities wearing shirts flipping him off, recently went viral—reflecting just how far public sentiment has turned against him.
Kanye’s Personal Life in Turmoil
On top of the controversy, Kanye is also reportedly going through a split with his wife, Bianca Censori, though they’ve still been seen together in recent weeks.
Bottom Line
For now, there’s no Kanye West appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience—and Rogan himself has made that clear. Whether that changes in the future remains to be seen, but at this point, it seems Ye’s claims were nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
