Kanye West is facing new controversy after allegedly recording a podcast with Andrew Tate, the divisive internet personality currently facing human trafficking charges. The claim surfaced as part of a new lawsuit filed on March 27, in which Bri Stern, an ex-girlfriend of Tate, accused him of sexual assault during their relationship, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The Kanye West x Andrew Tate Podcast
Kanye was recently seen with Andrew and Tristan Tate at a recording studio, sparking rumors of a collaboration. The lawsuit now confirms that West recorded a podcast with the Tate brothers — though the episode has not yet been released.
Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, hinted at the podcast via social media:
“Last night, I sat on a couch and watched Andrew, Tristan, and @kanyewest talk for hours about the suffering and betrayals they’ve endured for achieving greatness on their own terms.”
Tate added during a livestream:
“Kanye very kindly invited us to his underground Batman-esque cavern where he produces his genius… It was truthfully quite an amazing experience.”

Custody Issues Emerge Over Kanye’s Association with the Tates
Kanye’s connection with the Tate brothers has also reportedly impacted his custody arrangement with Kim Kardashian. According to TMZ, Kim took legal action after learning that Andrew and Tristan were visiting Kanye’s studio while their daughter, North West, was present.
Compounding concerns, West recently previewed a song that allegedly features both North and Diddy — the latter currently facing serious allegations of sex trafficking.
In response to the backlash, Kanye posted a highly inflammatory statement on X (formerly Twitter), accusing the Kardashian family of sex trafficking and criticizing both FKA twigs and broader media narratives:
“The Kardashians are sex workers and they sex traffic all of the black children they strategically produce,” he wrote. “Kim Kardashian is a sex trafficker… It’s f*** all you [expletive]. My soul is Black.”
The statement has since gone viral and reignited discussions around Kanye’s ongoing personal and public controversies.
