From the jump, the banter was off the rails. MGK teased YUNGBLUD about his “alien” sleeping habits and “goblin-like” FaceTime angles, while Dom called MGK’s hair “tragically iconic”. But beneath the laughs, what shined brightest was the genuine respect they have for each other.

🖤 “My favorite MGK song?” YUNGBLUD grinned. “‘lonely’ — it’s so vulnerable, man. It hit me in the gut.”
💖 MGK shot back: “And for you, it’s ‘Mars.’ No contest. That song makes you stop everything and just feel.”

Then came the karaoke challenge — and things got gloriously out of hand.

From a screamo version of “Bloody Valentine” to YUNGBLUD belting “I Think I’m OKAY” while standing on a chair, it was clear these two aren’t afraid to make fun of themselves or each other.

“We’re just two weirdos who found each other,” MGK laughed.
“Yeah, but we’re your weirdos now,” YUNGBLUD added, pointing at the camera.

One of the weirdest — and funniest — revelations? Dom’s FaceTime habits.
MGK revealed:

“He FaceTimes from the strangest positions, bro. Like upside-down under a bed or crouched in a wardrobe. It’s like talking to a horror movie.”

colson.

Fans are calling it “the most unfiltered, feel-good interview of the year” — and it’s easy to see why. It’s not about promo or polished soundbites. It’s about two artists who broke the rules, found their voice, and found each other along the way.
