Keeping the Romance Alive

Despite their packed schedules, Nicole and Keith make it a point to keep their romance fresh. Their secret? Classic, old-fashioned date nights.

“I love being asked out, and Keith still does that,” Nicole shared with People. Just the week before, the couple had gone out for dinner in New York—a tradition they maintain no matter how hectic life gets. “We love Japanese food, but I’m always open to surprises. I like not knowing where he’s going to take me. Surprise me, baby!” she playfully added.

Love Knows No Distance

Balancing their personal and professional lives requires effort, but the couple has mastered the art of staying connected. Whether it’s Nicole flying across continents or Keith making whirlwind trips, they go the extra mile—literally—for each other.

Keith once recalled an extraordinary gesture of love during Nicole’s pregnancy: “I was on tour in the States, and she had an ultrasound appointment in Sydney. So I jumped on a plane, landed at 9 PM, went straight to the appointment, had lunch, and flew back by 2 PM,” he told Harry TV. A brief visit, but one filled with love and devotion.

Nicole is no stranger to jet-setting for love either. “I’m always willing to travel, which many people aren’t,” she told L’Officiel. And it’s not just her—her daughters, Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith Margaret, 13, have grown up embracing a nomadic lifestyle.

A Globetrotting Family

Splitting their time between Nashville and Sydney, the Kidman-Urban household has never been tied to just one place. Nicole’s daughters have seen more of the world than most people do in a lifetime.

“They’ve got more stamps on their passports than some people in their eighties,” she laughed. From living in Morocco and the Algerian desert—where they rode camels and explored bustling souks—to extended stays in France, England, Scotland, Ireland, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and beyond, their upbringing has been anything but ordinary.

Through it all, Nicole and Keith prove that no amount of distance, time, or career obligations can stand in the way of a love that’s built to last.
