Gunna and Justin Bieber Hit the Gym Together as Rapper Announces 2025 Marathon Plans

Justin Bieber

Gunna and Justin Bieber working out together wasn’t something fans saw coming, but the unlikely pair were spotted hitting the gym this week.

In a clip posted to Justin Bieber’s Instagram Story on Wednesday (March 26), the two are seen doing weighted squats side by side. The video is soundtracked by Sade’s 1988 classic “Paradise”, though it’s unclear if the track was actually playing during their workout or added later.

Gunna Plans to Run a Marathon in 2025

The fitness kick doesn’t end there. Gunna recently sat down with Spotify alongside his manager Ebony Ward, where he revealed a bold goal for the year:

“One of my manifestations for 2025 is running a marathon,” he said.

Ward quickly added, “I’ma run it with you.”

Although Gunna hasn’t disclosed which marathon he plans to run, it marks a major step forward in his fitness journey, especially for someone with no known history in long-distance running.

Addressing the YSL RICO Case and Ongoing Controversy

Despite the positive headlines, Gunna continues to face backlash over lingering snitching allegations tied to the high-profile YSL RICO case involving Young Thug.

Steve Sadow, Gunna’s attorney during the case, took to X (formerly Twitter) to set the record straight:

“Gunna did NOT cooperate, and did NOTHING and said NOTHING to cause harm to Thug’s case… He spent 8 months in jail and was released in Dec. 2022 after entering an Alford plea.”

Sadow emphasized that Gunna’s plea deal didn’t impact Thug’s trial, and that the rapper was never listed as a witness.

He also highlighted Gunna’s successful post-release career:

“He has performed all over the world, achieved international fame, and earned millions… THOSE THAT HAVE AND CONTINUE TO BAD MOUTH GUNNA, GET OVER IT.”

Young Thug’s Response

Despite Gunna’s denial, Young Thug didn’t seem to share the same sentiment. In a now-deleted social media post shortly after Gunna’s release, Thug appeared to distance himself, writing:

“Gunna stop acting like we friends on the internet, I don’t know u my guy.”
