Kanye West is once again pulling back the curtain on his psyche — and this time, the revelations are almost too raw to process.

In a now-deleted series of rants on X, the Graduation rapper made disturbing claims about his late mother, Donda West, and her alleged sexual relationship with a female babysitter from his childhood — a claim he insists shaped the way he views relationships and sex in adulthood.

“You know that day when you hear noises coming from your mom’s room, and you find out she’s a lesbian and you’re like, mom that’s my babysitter. You’re sleeping with the employees,” Ye wrote.
“See, I got it from you, mom.”

Yes — Kanye West just claimed that the origin of his well-documented sexual behavior with coworkers began with his own mother’s bedroom choices. It’s a level of personal exposure that not only raises eyebrows but blurs the line between transparency and trauma dumping.

He didn’t stop there.

Kanye also opened up about being physically disciplined by both of his parents, insisting it wasn’t abusive but reflective of the times.

“When I was growing up, my parents beat me. Not in an abusive way,” he recalled. “I guess I’d be like, ‘Mom I’m really upset I didn’t get the starter hat to go with the jacket you just bought me,’ and then I got backhanded out the blue.”

He followed it with an almost comical reflection on the now-outdated punishment method of being told to “go get the switch” — literally having to find your own tree branch to be beaten with.

“This sh*t sound so crazy now,” Ye added.

The tweets have since vanished — but the impact, and confusion, remains.

Fans are torn. Is Kanye exposing deep-rooted generational trauma? Or is this just another spiral, another stunt, another shocking overshare from an artist who refuses to censor himself — no matter how sacred the topic?

What’s clear is this: Kanye West isn’t done telling the world who he is. Even if it costs him everything.
