On December 3, 2023, Michael Bublé gave a beautiful performance at the 46th Kennedy Center Honors to celebrate Barry Gibb, a famous musician from the band the Bee Gees. The event happened at a big theater called the Kennedy Center Opera House, where Barry was one of five special people getting a big award for their amazing work in music and art.

Michael sang a song called “How Can You Mend A Broken Heart,” which the Bee Gees made famous. His voice was strong and full of feeling, and it matched the song’s sweet and sad words perfectly. Everyone in the audience loved it, and Barry Gibb looked really touched by Michael’s singing. Michael showed how much he admires Barry with this heartfelt performance.

The Kennedy Center Honors is a special event every year that says thank you to people who have made music, movies, and other art that lots of people love. This year, they honored Barry Gibb, comedian Billy Crystal, singer Renée Fleming, rapper Queen Latifah, and singer Dionne Warwick.
