Photographer files sexual battery lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another legal battle as a new sexual assault lawsuit has been filed against him in New York State Supreme Court. The suit, filed on March 26, accuses the music mogul of sexually assaulting an anonymous male photographer, listed as John Doe, during a commercial shoot in 2022 or 2023.

Details of the Allegation

According to court documents obtained by People, John Doe claims he was invited into Diddy’s trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities. Once inside, he alleges he was coerced into performing oral sex, quoting Combs as saying:

“If you suck [it] right, I’ll make your career take off.”

Doe states that he complied out of fear that refusing could end his professional future. The lawsuit also alleges that Diddy was not satisfied with the act and threatened violence, leaving the man shaken and forced to return to work immediately afterward while “grappling with the trauma.”

The lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee—who has been behind multiple lawsuits against Combs—calls the allegations “egregious and highly disturbing.

“Combs framed this meeting as an opportunity for (Doe) to advance his career,” Buzbee wrote in the filing. “Although hesitant, (Doe) could not turn down what appeared to be a career-defining moment few ever receive.”

The suit charges Combs with sexual battery, which refers to non-consensual sexual contact involving the use or threat of force.

Combs is already facing multiple civil suits and ongoing investigations linked to allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering, which, if proven in criminal court, could carry life in prison.

Diddy Denies All Allegations

In a formal response, Combs’ legal team—led by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos—denied all wrongdoing:

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

They added that the music mogul remains confident he will be vindicated in court:

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth.”
